Mika is an apprentice hopeful witch in this charming platform game with a heavy focus on flying. Inspired by the classic Studio Ghilbi movie Kiki’s Delivery Service, our hero has to fly back up a mountain to prove her worthiness to a grand witch teacher. But her broom is not powerful enough, and she gets a job doing deliveries to buy improved brooms. Along the way, Mika meets exciting people, discovers new areas and goes on a lot of adventures.

AIIG’s take: We’re very excited about Mika and The Witch’s Mountain. Its art and design remind us of Nintendo’s 3D platform games, and the teaser video at the end of the demo makes us want to play even more. We’re definitely looking forward to the launch, but with only a ‘2023’ release date, we don’t know when we can join Mika on the rest of her adventures. If you enjoy 3D platform/exploration games (controller recommended), the demo is on Steam.
