The year is closing fast, but so many games are still arriving! November is bursting at the seams with new titles, making it hard to select just ten games to profile. Here's a roundup of that selection, including WW2 tactics, fantastic survival, ridiculous co-op horror, and a fun desk job sorting (or stealing) lost items.
Note: Release dates are subject to change.
Forgotten but Unbroken (18 November)
The brand of OG publisher Microprose has risen from the ashes to become an outlet for impressive indie games, and Forgotten but Unbroken is a perfect example. Players will lead allied soldiers during World War 2 as they battle Nazi forces in Europe. A detailed strategy experience with turn-based tactics, the game leans deeply into the war's history, portraying real events and people who fought in the conflict.

Rogue Command (18 November)
Rogue Command is a classic real-time strategy game where you erect buildings, manufacture war equipment, and command your units against the enemy's forces. But it adds a roguelike twist: your tech tree develops with cards you unlock after every successful battle. If you lose, you lose those upgrades and try your luck with a new run and its possibilities. The cool slowdown feature deserves mention, letting you command the battlefield at 10% speed.

Towers of Aghasba (19 November)
With some games, you must do a double-take to check if it's an indie title. Towers of Aghasba is an impressive-looking survival adventure game from a small development team, though you'd never believe it looking at the detailed world and its creatures. Build your village in the world of Aghasba, pushing back the scourge of the Withered Plague through crafting, farming, and fighting solo or with friends.

Zort (19 November)
Zort enters the growing niche of co-op horror games, putting up to four players in a terrifying situation. Escape labyrinthian maps while trying to avoid or defeat various unique monsters, completing puzzles and other surprises. Taking inspiration from several horror game sub-genres, such as backroom mazes, this looks like a fun party game for people who like to taste fear.

Dimensionals (19 November)
These entries are usually chosen exclusively on gameplay footage. But the card-based tactics game Dimensionals gets extra points for the awesome Saturday morning cartoon presentation. Collect heroes from across the multiverse, then battle teams of three against tons of opponents and crazy bosses. The art is great, too, and this game looks like a lot of high-energy fun.

Toads of the Bayou (19 November)
Baron Samedi's evil forces have trapped our heroes in the bayou, but they picked the wrong amphibians to mess with. Toads of the Bayou is an isometric tactical roguelike deck-builder with real style and lush art. It has all the trappings of the genre, adding a very distinct style through its art and gameplay choices.

Mercury Abbey (22 November)
Anthropomorphic canines Harrod and Willie investigate mysterious supernatural activities linked to a dark mansion in the impressive Mercury Abbey. This game looks amazing, using pixel art and a modern lighting system to create art inspired by graphic novel illustrations. The developers promise a lot of depth, with numerous locations and characters to visit as you investigate strange events surrounding a dangerous curse.

Lost But Found (25 November)
Lost But Found is a simple but charming cosy game where you run a lost & found desk. Part job simulator and part hidden object game, you work at an airport, arranging lost objects on your desk and giving them to the right people for a reward (if you can find the right item!). You can also try sneaking items away and selling them on the black market for extra cash. Or will you be an honest officer?

Forgotten but not Unbroken was pretty thin.
Have been following Towers of Aghasba on an off after seeing some concept art of it inspired by Studio Ghibli can’t believe it’s coming out soon after 4 years.
